Malá Inventura will take place from 18 to 26 February 2022 in Prague. This year Malá Inventura celebrates an anniversary. We will not look back for too long, or preserve current practices and established formats. On the contrary, we will use the twenty years of experience as an opportunity to redefine the state of performing arts in the Czech Republic, particularly with respect to our post-pandemic presence.
There is a SHOWCASE of 33 theatre events on 17 festival venues! We will present a new program section REDEFINING CULTURAL PRACTICES, which reflects the perspectives of change in various areas of theatre practice. Even this year, we do not forget that Malá Inventura is primarily the centre of live networking of theatre organizations and professionals, art groups, performers and the general professional public. Within the ARTS SERVICE & NETWORKING program section, we will present tried-and-tested and innovated formats that support meetings and bring sharing ideas and verify ideas, new collaborations and hosting artists at other festivals in the Czech Republic and abroad.
