Fifth edition of the conference on collaboration in culture Culture Get-Together 2024

This year's topic is "Urban Live Arts Culture / How Is It Doing". The conference will take place in Pilsen for the first time, and two days later also in Prague.

This year the conference brings back ideas explored in its first iterations – it focuses on creating a space for dialogue between participants and sharing examples of best cultural practices in the context of urban live arts culture. Two Bohemian and one Moravian cities – PILSEN, HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ, and ZLÍN – will be the conference guides in the Pilsen part of the programme. In Prague, we will focus on the metropolis itself and its Slovak sister, BRATISLAVA.

Another new feature is an afternoon block in the Prague part of the conference, aiming to reflect on the current state of culture in Slovakia!

The conference’s goal is to motivate the representatives of mainly independent performing arts, local governments and the state sector to collaborate in culture, as well as to start conversations on relevant or not-so-popular topics.

A conference for culture experts, representatives of public administration, pedagogy professionals, artists, as well as general public interested in the current state of live arts and cultural practice.
